Steven White, a commercial litigation, insolvency and trust litigation attorney in Bermuda, has joined Walkers as an insolvency and dispute resolution partner.
A spokesperson said: “Steven White, a lawyer specializing in commercial litigation, insolvency and trust litigation in Bermuda, has joined Walkers [Bermuda] Limited as a partner in the area of insolvency and dispute resolution. Described by his Legal 500 peers as “very responsive, detail-oriented and professional”, Steven will lead Walkers’ fiduciary litigation team.

“A former solicitor specializing in commercial, chancery and labor litigation in the UK, and with nearly 10 years experience in the courts of Bermuda, Steven was recently appointed as a Fellow of INSOL, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators [Bermuda]member of the Association of Recovery and Insolvency Specialists [RISA] and Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners [STEP].”
