NEW RECRUIT: Lucy-Anna Jones has joined a law firm in Hanley as a litigation assistant

A law firm recruited a new member to its Hanley crew.

Bowcock & Pursail, supports their new litigation assistant, Lucy-Anna Jones, in her dream of becoming a fully qualified lawyer.

Lucy-Anna joined the litigation department of the law firm based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire earlier this year, assisting their litigation specialist, Tim Wolley.

With a keen interest in the operations of the legal system, Lucy-Anna began her legal journey as an undergraduate student at Newcastle-upon-Tyne Law School.

She continued her education at Keele University and Staffordshire University before completing her legal practice course. She then obtained a master’s degree in law at the University of Staffordshire.

She said: “So far I have supported Tim in several litigations, covering topics such as landlord and tenant, probate and will, business and contract and debt collection, for n to name a few.

“I always knew I wanted to help others, which inspired my ambition to become a qualified lawyer.

“Litigation is a completely new area of ​​law for me, but I was welcomed by a wonderful team whose support means a lot to me.”
