Gabby represents clients dealing with a variety of legal issues, ranging from divorce to criminal charges. She has proven herself to be a skilled negotiator and advocate as well as a vigorous litigator when necessary to serve the interests of her clients. In addition to being a Certified Guardian ad Litem, Gabby holds JD certificates in Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution and is active with the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers and the DuPage County Bar Association. Gabby was also named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022, an award nominated by her peers for her exemplary talent and dedication.

Gabby began her legal career as an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County, where she handled hundreds of cases involving families and children, including those in the juvenile court system and the court of domestic violence. As a prosecutor, she gained considerable experience in courtrooms and trials in criminal justice cases. Gabby’s work with the State’s Attorney’s Office demonstrates her commitment to keeping our DuPage County community safe.

Immediately prior to joining McSwain Nagle Giese & Rapp, PC, Gabby worked at a small family law firm in DuPage County, honing her skills in matters of divorce, child custody, award of parental responsibilities and other family and criminal law issues that affect members. of the local community. She has demonstrated her commitment to protecting children through her services as a family law attorney and guardian ad litem, making her a role model for other attorneys.
